Introduction to Phlebotomy

What does a Phlebotomist technican do?

Phlebotomy technicians collect blood from patients and prepare the samples for testing. Most work in hospitals and clinics, but some collect blood for donation purposes. Phlebotomy technicians are important members of the health care team and often need to explain the blood-drawing procedure and put patients at ease.

          Become certified to work in a laboratory, hospital or plasma center

 7 week class room and hands on training 

1 day a week 

 Tuesday Morning and Evening courses available

9:30 AM - 12:00 PM

 5:30 PM - 8:00 PM

Tuition cost includes cost of supplies, medical scrubs, CPR cert Osha traininng and

National Exam fee
